The car I received had an anti-theft lock, but I wasn't told how to use it during pickup. This resulted in the car getting locked on the road, and I couldn't drive it. Customer service didn't know how to resolve the issue either, leading to a two-hour waste on the road. The anti-theft lock malfunctioned several more times afterward, preventing me from driving the car.

Easy to use, great staff to deal with. They picked us up from the airport in the car we were going to be using which made it so easy as we didn't have to change our luggage to another car. Communication was great, with photos and any other information I needed emailed straight away after receiving the car. Bond returned within 48hrs
