Pickup was right at the airport, with two staff members handling it. Their attitude was great and they were very patient. The customers in front of me, who were from the Arab region, asked questions for about 15 minutes, and the staff remained very courteous.
At the Vienna airport, the lady at the car rental counter was very friendly and patient with her explanations, which put me at ease. The car return was at a downtown location, and you can find a clearly marked garage entrance via navigation. Everything went smoothly.
