The staff at AVIS in San Francisco Airport were very rude, especially a long-haired Black girl and a chubby White guy, both had bad attitudes. Initially, they gave me a car with a broken window and many scratches on the door. Later, when I found an AVIS PREMIER service guy on the same floor, his attitude was much better, and he gave me a brand new car.

Due to a delayed flight, our car pickup time was changed. Customer service responded promptly and helped us reschedule the pickup time with the store. After landing, we followed the instructions and easily found the Avis pickup spot. There were few people in line, and the salesperson did not push any insurance. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The service attitude was very poor and lacked patience.

Large company, no mandatory charges, easy pick-up and drop-off procedures.

I have been charged 435 US dollars outside of my already paid amount for this reservation. 174 were cut as security and 239 have been cut after we dropped it off. This is highly unprofessional and has not even been authorized. ALSO NO RECEIPT OF THESE DEDUCTIONS HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Please have this reversed.
