The waiting time was too long

When we got there, we were persuaded to buy insurance, promising it could be refunded when returning the car. In the end, no refund was given. It's purely deceptive. Absolutely terrible.

Overall satisfied, but some staff members need to improve their service quality.

Great experience, very honest. I didn't inspect the car at pickup, and at return they found a crack in the glass. I was a bit nervous since I didn't buy extra insurance, but the staff who handled my rental quickly clarified that it was caused by the previous renter and assured me it wasn't my fault. This shows the company is very trustworthy. Kudos!

特にAutounion 自体に問題はありませんでした。問題はQEEQの資料に書いてあったAutounionの住所が間違っていたことです。車返却の為に早朝ナビの案内に従って行ったら、全く違う所に到着しました。そこにいたトラックの運転手に住所を見せたらここに間違いないという。QEEQに記載の住所が間違っていることが明確になり、私達は大変焦りました。帰国フライトは10:05で余裕なし。やむを得ず近くを走り回って偶然Autounionを見つけて事なきを得ました。但しこれはQEEQの問題でAutounionの問題ではないと思います。

Autounionの欄に書いたQEEQ資料の住所誤記以外は良かったと思います。Autounionの住所が間違っていますので、大至急調べて訂正して下さい。ナビがあっても住所が間違っていたら何の役にも立ちません。
