It's acceptable. There was no Chinese translator on site, making communication difficult for those with limited English. Many places, including banks and hospitals, have this issue. It would be great to have translation devices on site; it's not a complicated thing!

I rented a car for a day through Wuzuche, but I didn't expect LA traffic to be so bad. I returned the car three hours late, including the time to refuel, and was charged a total of $169.46. I don't understand why. They said if you return the car an hour late, they charge you for an entire day, which is around 400 RMB. The charges were unreasonable, and there's no Chinese customer service, so communication was difficult.

Clearly stated that no additional services were needed, but they added roadside assistance, incurring extra costs. No Chinese confirmation form was provided.

Overall collection service very poor. Wait at airport for transport = 15 minutes. Wait at counter for car = 60 minutes. Car allocated had only small amount of gas - wait to exit LAX rental area = 30 minutes. Overall over 2 hours to collect car
