I do not recommend Europcar. I had to wait in line for an hour to pick up the car, and the service was poor. The car they gave me was full of scratches. It felt like they treat Chinese people particularly unfriendly, never giving us good cars. It seems like they are trying to rip us off.
At the counter, they kept saying there was no reserved 3 Series Touring and kept pushing for more expensive options. However, I actually saw several 3 Series Touring cars in the parking lot.
Two staff members made me wait in line for an hour and a half before I got the car. Plus, there were two child seats in the back that I never booked?!
