Initially, they said the car was broken and I had to wait for an hour. They waived one day's rental fee for me. After a long wait, they provided a smaller car and further reduced some fees. Additionally, I could return the car with an empty tank. Although the wait was long, the solution was acceptable.

Like: Really nice car. As I was driving 95% of the time on a motorway it handled really well and was very comfortable. No issues at all, really enjoyed the whole experience.
Dislike: nothing!
