The car model was changed. I booked a Mercedes station wagon but got an Audi A4. The trunk couldn't fit two pieces of luggage. Downgraded the car and effectively increased the price.

A very long wait at pick up point to be abe to hire the car. Not great after a long haul flight... The pre booking system should be an advantage somehow, but didn't seem to be.
