Be aware that the car/option you may have selected isn’t always going to be the car you get. In fairness it states “similar” in the advert but had hoped my car choice would have been available.

The booking process was pretty smooth. It would be useful to make it clear there is no system in place to pay automatically for any toll roads you may use.
I did not need to wait in line
But line could easily form if staff need to deal with any issues
Only 2 members of staff to deal with both collection of cars and people waiting to drop off
However not staffs fault could just use extra team members when busy
Also drop off instructions not supper clear in car park outside
Nothing telling you where to take the keys ?
