The car I reserved was not available at pickup, and I had to wait for 4 hours, wasting an entire day. They eventually provided a free car upgrade. The car wasn't picked up together with the attendant; they just handed me the key. It was not clearly stated that the fuel level was at 2 bars, which resulted in an extra charge of 95 euros upon return. Returning the car was easy to find.
Terrible service. The address provided by the platform app was incorrect, which delayed the car pickup. Euro car staff were rude. Still waiting for a refund.
Not very satisfied, the staff were very arrogant and indifferent.
