The service cooperation is acceptable, and they accommodated changes to the pickup and drop-off locations. However, the vehicle was very old and neither the USB nor Bluetooth worked.

The car I received was different from what I booked. My Malaysian friend told me that the car I got had less power and was of a much lower brand compared to what I had reserved, and the price was not on the same level either. I spoke to the store about it, and they just told me that the car I booked was not available. If it was not available, why was I still able to make the reservation on the platform? It's really frustrating.
