I booked a Peugeot 3008, but HERTZ gave me a Volkswagen. There was no space for my luggage, so I had to upgrade to a Volvo S60. Since I didn't communicate with the rental company in time, I ended up paying an extra insurance fee, which was quite a loss.

Although there were language barriers, the staff was patient and efficiently handled the car pickup and return procedures. Especially on the 13th when we changed the drop-off location, the company was very accommodating!

Paid about 12 euros a day for a better model. Upgraded from Seat Leon to Toyota CHR. Could feel the difference on the highways. Definitely a good tradeoff
