Car condition was not up to Thrifty usual standards
Bald tyres which was told would be fine. Worrying though!!
Car made several weird noises when driving but saw us through the trip.
Tried to catch me out on return for a small mark on an already old scratched car
The reservation was transferred to another company. The staff insisted on adding insurance, but I couldn't contact the rental platform due to a lack of a working phone card right after exiting the airport. The staff was very rude. I suggested purchasing the premium insurance available on the platform, but they insisted I buy their local insurance within five minutes or they wouldn't rent the car to me.

Unfortunately, getting the car took me more than two hours. Since the phone number indicated in the voucher did not answer, and the name of the operating company was entered incorrectly.
And the deposit was returned about a month, despite promises to do it within a few days.
