Very good experience, everything went smoothly. The car was spacious and easy to drive. At the rental counter, they just asked if additional insurance was needed, and if not, they were fine with it. There were staff in the parking lot to assist as well. Very worry-free, highly recommended!

This is highly unprofessional and has not even been authorized. ALSO NO RECEIPT OF THESE DEDUCTIONS HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Please have this reversed.
