Awful in Orlando

At MCO the Routes shuttle was not running late night (after 1200). I ended up renting from an company whose shuttle was available.

Best car rental experience I ever had in Orlando. The staff is very helpful and to the point. Billing is honest.

Good way to find a rental car online - good price, good choice of cars and local renters.

Such a simple process. I had all the paperwork ready and that made the process really fast. The car we got was like brand new and very nice to drive. All the other rentals during that time were 2-3 times as expensive, but we didn’t compromise on anything with Routes.

Very easy and seamless. I’ll be using this again.

My only complaint is that we had an early flight. The location was supposed to open at 6:00 am and the shuttle to the airport was supposed to leave at 6:05. They did not even open their gate/door until 6:10. It may not seem like a lot of time, but when you are trying to make a flight, it could potentially make you miss your flight.
