Because Zuzuche didn't provide my Avis preferred number to the rental company, I had to wait in the regular line for a long time and couldn't use the fast track for members. Very disappointed!!!

“Inadequate and bad service”

Overall collection service very poor. Wait at airport for transport = 15 minutes. Wait at counter for car = 60 minutes. Car allocated had only small amount of gas - wait to exit LAX rental area = 30 minutes. Overall over 2 hours to collect car

Avis customer service was horrible. Tried to find some specific info on the rental vehicle but could not get to the renting location and call center could not provide it
