Waiting over 40 Minutes for car to be available as they didn't have any of the type we booked in the lot and didn't want to upgrade etc. it was tiring. More worryingly they have posted an additional charge to my credit card with no explanation. It just labeled as no packaged item charge and it's added $24.17 to my card. I have tried to find no it what it's for but no clue. We declined any and everything they offered and relied on the fact we'd pre booked and paid for everything with QEEQ. Have asked for QEEQ to try and fine out what the charges are for. Fingers crossed some one will explain or arrange for refund if they are not right.

I clearly told them no additional insurance was needed because I am familiar with the route, only requested Epass, yet they still added $115 insurance. It seems they are deceiving Chinese customers!

There was only one employee at the counter who prioritized members, so I had to wait for an hour. I booked a RAV4 but got a Ford Edge instead. Despite having already paid through the platform, the store charged me again. It's been over a month and the platform still claims they are negotiating a refund. I don't understand why!

“Smooth process but the car was a bit smaller than expected.”

The Chevrolet tahoe doesn't have enough space for 4 suitcases and 7 adults as advertised. The trunk is small we folded a chair and had to put luggage on us while driving. On previous trips we had the wagoneer and Ford expidition and they were both better. The front windshield glass was given to us with a small but annoying crack.
