Sudeep was very professional and friendly. Even with his limited English vocabulary, he was ablet to explain the key points of the rental process properly.
Staff were nice but the car was very dirty you can see stain everywhere which it can easily remove by wet tissue. So I suggested them to clean before releasing to next customer.
Pick up are for international flights may confuse to customer as we’re not sure that we get/the right direction to pick up the car.
