Even we have the full insurance coverage bought along with the booking, we have to pay the claim for the damage on the front wind shield glass. It was damage was caused by an unknown foreign object hitting on the top right corner of the front glass wind shield. The vehicle was a bit "old", with a lot of minor scratches all over the car body when we did the pick-up inspection.

They claimed to have Chinese-speaking staff, but there were none. Also, no one was holding a sign for us at the airport on time. I had to run back and forth by myself for a long time.

“Cheaper than other”

Staff were nice but the car was very dirty you can see stain everywhere which it can easily remove by wet tissue. So I suggested them to clean before releasing to next customer. Pick up are for international flights may confuse to customer as we’re not sure that we get/the right direction to pick up the car.
