Although the procedures took a bit long due to the detailed explanation, the service was good. Car pickup and return went smoothly. The car was a new model with low mileage. No pressure to purchase additional insurance. English proficiency required was not too high. Pickup and return were right at the airport, which was very convenient. Highly recommended.
Pickup was relatively easy, though finding the pickup point at Brisbane airport was not quite so straight forward, and they tried to sell us more insurance even though I'd already taken additional cover.
Drop off was a nightmare, finding the actual location was not easy, thankfully when we called the office they guided us in.
