The company doesn't have a store at the airport, and picking up and dropping off the car requires contacting the staff by phone. Communication is challenging without English proficiency.

I ordered a more expensive Myvi but the Europcar offer me a lower rental fee car Bezza. Excuse is Myvi is all rent out. If that's the case, it shoud not appear on website that Myvi is still available. I told the airport staff but they can't do anything. While returning the car, the provided phone was not pick up cause I have to leave the car in traffic ticket risk and goto Europcar counter to call someone for car return check.
