نعم هذه الشركة لا يوجد عندها مكتب سيارات بالمطار يأتي الموظف لاستقبالكم بالمطار والتواصل معك بالجوال وقد تجده وقد لا تجده وايضا الاحظ عليه محاولت أخفاء عيوب السيارة لتحاسب عليها ما لم تنتبه له

We agreed to be picked up at 7:30 am at Terminal 3 of the airport with a sign, but we didn’t see anyone from the rental company. We only got picked up at 9 am after contacting the booking platform. We purchased unlimited mileage, confirmed by the platform at $10 per day, but it turned out to be $15 per day at the rental counter. Although we had no accidents or damage throughout the trip, during car return, they claimed there was a mark at the bottom corner of the car door, which was hard to notice, and charged us $200. We felt it was intentional extortion.
The entire experience was very bad. If you need to rent a car in Cairo, be extremely cautious with this company. The fee calculation was confusing, and it was unclear if the issue was with the car rental company or the platform. At pickup, the staff claimed they had not received the rental payment and requested to charge the card again, along with a $2000 deposit. This resulted in us double-paying both the car rental company and the platform. Additionally, the staff aggressively promoted a $500 insurance and stated they were unaware of the insurance we purchased through the platform.
