The pickup location is very close, right across the street from the arrival hall, making it very convenient. The paperwork process is quick, but you need to find the car yourself in a large parking area. The car had over 20,000 miles on it, the condition was okay, but the model was relatively basic.
The staff at the counter were extremely slow, and not friendly. Waiting an hour and a half in line while other rental counters were moving quickly. Until a staff member that returned from her lunch break came and assisted in expediting the pick up process.
