The pickup location didn't reserve the vehicle, disappointing. Changed from SUV to sedan. However, the drop-off process was very efficient. The refund of the 500-euro deposit was quick; received an email a week after returning the car and a refund notification via credit card the next day.
The car was very old, with over 70,000 kilometers on it. The door locks were broken, and only the driver's door could be opened after parking. The driver's seat height adjustment was also broken, making the seating position very low. Although claimed to be an SUV, it felt more like a sedan. Overall, the condition of the car was very disappointing.
Found the supplier right after exiting the airport. The paperwork took less than 5 minutes, then went to the parking lot to pick up the car. There were a few small issues when picking up the car—the staff was very pushy about signing the paperwork. After signing, I noticed several scratches and minor damages. Fortunately, I pointed them out to the staff, and they marked them all, making everything go smoothly.
