Very good. However, you need to walk quite a distance after exiting the airport to find the shuttle bus. Similarly, when getting dropped off at the airport, you might have to push your luggage for five minutes in the rain to reach the terminal. In short, it would be more convenient if the store were inside the airport. The staff communicated smoothly and provided excellent service, but the distance is a major drawback.
Overall, the process felt very slow. I called right after landing, and after half an hour, no one came to pick me up. I ended up taking a taxi to the store myself. This was my third car rental in New Zealand, and this company had the slowest service. Make sure to read reviews on Zuzuche carefully.

We were unfamiliar with the area, spent 40 NZD on a taxi to get to their office, and found no one there! Instead, they left the car key at a hotel front desk for me to pick up. There was no public transit or taxis nearby, making it impossible to reach. Luckily, we met an employee from another car rental company who helped us out of sympathy and took us to the hotel, and we finally got the car.

Special mention for Ryan in Christchurch who was fantastic, very responsive and resolved queries related to Auckland booking despite being in Christchurch. Absolutely wonderful person to deal with.
