The Tiggo sometimes suddenly stops moving; don't panic, just press the gas pedal hard and it will work after a while. Italians are really kind and helpful. The car had scratches all over. We provided photos taken at the time of pickup to prove that the damage was already there. We reported it to the rental company on site, and their staff agreed, but they still came to charge us for the damages.
