Horrendous

Car was through Rhodium. Long queue to pick up. Ticketing system not adhered to. Heavy up-sell on insurances.

The car was excellent as was the pick up and delivery service. I was, however, disappointed at the 50 Euro penalty for filling up the fuel tank with very little fuel needed. As the car was returned 2 days early, I felt that the 50 Euros was excessive even though it was probably in the terms and conditions. Under these circumstances perhaps you might consider refunding part of the penalty.

Was good, counter staff very helpful. Think the insurance thing is a bit cheeky really but i get it. Also they didnt know id reserved a car seat. Luckily had brought own anyway as airline said was no extra cost. Should be made clear about huge deposit if you dont take out insurance as i hadnt brought a card with that amount of cash on.

The insurance options and fuel refill terms were complex. When I booked I didn't realise a diesel rental car has a tax in France
