We waited for more than 3 hours to get the car. When your holiday is for 2 days, that in itself will screw the whole thing.. this is just unacceptable

We got an upgrade car as no cars in the category which we ordered were available. Nice car, friendly staff but no spare wheel in car or water in screen wiper tank. Otherwise great.

“the car was fine but very small Engine for a five seater family car. 1.2L struggled with motorways”

Getting the car seemed to take forever and with 3 small hungry children it was a added stress.there was some some hidden charges and fined if you didn’t bring the car back with a full tank or committed an offence that weren’t stipulated before the hire.
