Rented a car for 2 days at 2800 RMB, but inexplicably got charged over 6000 RMB after exchanging the car! There were damages to the car when I received it, which I had recorded and reported to the store, but I was still charged after swapping the car. I'm not sure if it's because of the damages initially recorded. I've reported this multiple times to the car rental service and am still waiting for a resolution. Overall, the issue remains unresolved. I will provide additional feedback later.
The rental company booked the wrong car. The store tried to find another car but couldn't. The car I got was completely different from what was online; it was a cargo van, not a 9-seater. I had to pay 15 times the price to get a car to my destination. I demand compensation.
