Shocking service. Had to wait an hour and a half on pick up which was pretty much the same amount of time to fly there. Staff were rude and not very helpful. Would never use again

“Sadly. Not great.”

The car was a fiat 500 not the car we booked. It was in poor condition but mechanically ok. The Guy Andreas who we have met before is very easy to talk to and was understanding of the condition of the car. The process of getting a car at the desk took 40 minutes despite us being the only people at the booking desk. It was late in the afternoon so not ideal.
