It took three hours to get the car at the pickup location because the car was being reassigned, and the booked model was unavailable at the time. Similarly, the return time was delayed by three hours. Overall, the service was acceptable.
This car rental company is terrible. Avoid it!!! The car had no engine oil when I first drove it. The deposit was charged directly instead of being held.
Counter at terminal 1 was not crowded during this time of the year and easy to find
The car was new VW TAIGO Medium SUV as expected.
The staff at the counter was nice paper less.
