Pretty good, their English is quite good. Completed the formalities at the terminal and took a shuttle bus to pick up the car. I picked up the car at T2 and returned it at T1 without any issues. No insurance upselling.
A bit slow, seems to be the typical pace in Mexico. The staff was very nice and there was no queue. They didn't push any insurance either. I recommend using Avis!
There are clear signs at the Cancun airport exit, and staff will quickly arrange a shuttle to take customers to the pickup point. The staff at the pickup point will greet you and offer free drinking water. The only drawback is the long wait times for registration.
