This is my first time renting a car abroad. I didn't purchase insurance on the Zuzuche App, but when I arrived at the shop, the staff told us that without insurance, we would have to pay for any personal incidents. So, we ended up buying a rather expensive insurance from them.
The customer service of QEEQ is very unprofessional! I will consider renting directly from the car rental company next time!
