Car was great, but pickup took a long time due to only 1 staff member on checkin. There were a number of people waiting and the pickup took a long time.
Wait time for pick up from airport was far too long, company wouldn’t answer phone so shuttle bus never came, waited for over 1hr before eventually sending a bus not big enough to fit everyone who was waiting

Like: Low cost including insurance rental for 40 days (by far the cheapest I could find and was upgraded from an economy compact to a premium midsize SUV for the duration of the rental. Also my wife was added as a second driver at no extra cost.
The car was brand new with less than 5000 km on the clock. Dislike: The only negative that i can think of is that the cars interior could have been cleaned a little bit more thoroughly because there was some dog hair on the carpet from a previouse customer who had a dog.
