We booked a Ford Focus, but when picking up the car, we were told that this model was not available. Instead, we were asked to switch to the Sportage class and charged an upgrade fee of 180 francs, which I find unreasonable.
Very satisfied, the car is very new and easy to drive. I arrived 40 minutes early, and they still handed the car over to me.
