They gave us a very beaten-up Renault. Initially, they tried to provide us with a 5-seater which we rejected! We specifically stated that we didn’t need any insurance, yet they charged us over 390 euros for so-called insurance. There was no paper contract; we were asked to sign on a very small screen. I've rented cars in Italy many times but still got tricked!

The tire burst, and the car didn't have a spare tire. I had to sleep in the car for a night in Monaco. They gave me another car, and I had to pay 700 euros.
