Excellent service, provides shuttle service to the terminal with no hidden charges or insurance upselling. Highly recommended and trustworthy. Used up a bit of fuel without fully refilling, but upon return, the staff informed us it would only cost 5–6 euros. In the end, they charged just 5 euros. Very honest and reliable rental company.
The staff greeted us with smiles when we rented the car, and they were willing to help with any issues. However, when problems actually arose, they said those services were not provided and we'd need to pay an extra service fee starting at 100 euros.
The service attitude is very good. The car rental desk clearly lists the prices for various services, such as an additional driver for 24 euros and travel to other countries. Communication is very convenient.
