I paid for a GPS for the trip as I didnt want to pay to use the internet on my phone due to being overseas but Apex does not offer any GPS.
I also waited for an hour in the pick up zone outside, called 10-15 times and got nothing.
I ended up walking in the rain to find the place.
It wasn’t clear that the name of the car company was Apex. This causes confusion and we missed our pickup. It wasn’t clear that a pickup was needed at all from the booking. This caused distress as it was pouring when we arrived and had an infant with us.
Like: Queenstown was great. Our Air BnB wa absolutely fantastic with amazing views. Hire car was exactly the right size and easy to drive. Dislike: Car didn’t have much power
