Very very good, no problem before, during or after.

The car pickup service was okay. When there was no suitable car at the pickup point, they upgraded me. However, later the tire had a leak. I called for roadside assistance and was told they would arrive within 90 minutes. Two sets of 90 minutes passed and they still hadn't arrived. When I called again, they told me they couldn't come and that I had to find a solution myself. Stuck in the middle of nowhere with no other options, I called the police. The police were responsible and helped me replace the tire with a spare. In the end, I found a tire shop myself to fix the tire. Basically, it was like, 'We can't help you, find a solution yourself.'

The car was in good condition, and pickup was convenient. As good as always.

I returned the car three hours late, but after a brief chat with the staff, they waived the fee. Awesome.

Overall service was great, fast and convenient!

Like: Picked up a nice new vehicle for our family road trip. A completely hassle free experience.
