I paid for a GPS for the trip as I didnt want to pay to use the internet on my phone due to being overseas but Apex does not offer any GPS.
I also waited for an hour in the pick up zone outside, called 10-15 times and got nothing.
I ended up walking in the rain to find the place.
Although not located within the airport, they provide a dedicated shuttle service which is very convenient. Plus, they offered a free baby seat. Overall, the service was excellent, and I will choose them again next time!
Pick up counter closing at 4.00 pm too early .our flight was delayed so had to ask counter staff to stay open for a bit longer.Saff was very unhappy about it and rushed though the pick up.
Good car, comfortable, good experience. Staff is able to help by telephone, everything oké.
Either at the third party rentals website or at Apex it would be good to mention better that an English drivers licence is needed in New Zealand to prevent any surprises at the counter!
