First, the counter staff added a Fuel option I did not request without asking. Second, and most importantly, the car SUDDENLY ACCELERATED BY ITSELF INTO A WALL. Thank God, no one was injured and nothing other than the front of the vehicle was damaged.
When picking up the car, they try to upsell additional coverage. After purchasing, the actual charges differ from those stated in the contract, with unexplained fees added.
