Excellent price, much cheaper than other websites .

The company checked the fuel level without being too strict, and didn't mind that the car wasn't washed, as it's hard to find a car wash in winter.

Small company, low cost

I've always rented from this company; the cars are in great condition and almost always new. The rental and return process is simple, though it's a bit of a distance from the airport terminal. However, their shuttle service is very good.

I expected 3500km but was told the policy for Canadians is 200 per day totalling 600. There was no flag to review the terms. Thankfully the rep allowed 500 per day, although I used more than that. Very upsetting to be put in that position.

Like: Very friendly & efficient staff, they even gave us a free upgrade :) They provide a shuttle to & from the Viscount station.
Dislike: When we first called we didn't understand that the person was saying Routes, we thought they were saying Ruth"s. We eventually figured it out.
