Excellent service by all, except for woman upon returning the vehicle. Needed roadside assistance once, a very expedious and problem-free experience.
Woman when returning vehicle was quite rude, definitly having an off-day.
Did not handle car hold issues promptly, charged indiscriminately, disregarded customer interests, hard to find help on the phone, each call took over 10 minutes to get answered, encountered a lot of irresponsible people, very unlucky.
The customer service staff was very patient. The car was a new Elantra with just over 2,000 kilometers. Pickup and return were very convenient!
