I did not need to wait in line But line could easily form if staff need to deal with any issues Only 2 members of staff to deal with both collection of cars and people waiting to drop off However not staffs fault could just use extra team members when busy Also drop off instructions not supper clear in car park outside Nothing telling you where to take the keys ?

Everything worked well not problems would use again

The service attitude of Budget Rent a Car is commendable, very enthusiastic. The Budget counter at this airport is shared with Avis. The Budget counter sign directs you to the Avis counter.

Budget is always on point for me. Friendly staff, efficient rentals. This particular car didn’t look like it had been cleaned - it had a wonky smell to it and I found the previous renter’s rental agreement in the side arm rest storage. However, it was a quick one day, one way rental and I liked the fuel efficiency, so I simply did not really care.

I was scheduled to return the car at 3:30 a.m. and it would have been helpful for the counter to inform me that the airport doors don’t open until 4:00. Therefore I was waiting outside for 30 minutes.

There was no price drop

First car given to me I could not find in the car lot had to go back to change it. The first car was also small than what I reserved.
