The car pickup area at the airport is spacious, with all rental company branches located there. It's very easy to find. I initially chose a petrol vehicle but upgraded to a larger MG hybrid by paying an additional 20 euros per day. The driving experience was excellent, and I drove all the way from Nice to Milan.

Queue for a number

The service was pretty good. Just needed to use the queue machine. The staff didn't push additional insurance too much.

The wait time was very long, the service efficiency was poor, they kept trying to upsell other car types and insurance. They didn't even carefully check our order. We requested an automatic car but were given a manual one! Staff at the location were unfamiliar with the car's features, and the GPS was extremely difficult to use and essentially useless!

Kindly réception, but waiting 30 ans Need add blue additive...bad surprise (But europcar reembursed at pickoff...)
