There were only 2 people at the counter. They were on the phone constantly so not focused on customers in front of them. There were 2 people in front of me in line and it took at least 45 minutes to be served. Once we drove off the lot the flat tire sensor came on so we had to go back and get a different car. People returning cars had to stand in the same line as checkout.

Our flight was cancelled and then delayed. We booked the car to pick up at 8am, but need to delay the pick up to 6:40pm on the same day. We couldn't contact Routes to deferred the pickup time. It was stressful initially not knowing if they will keep our booking or still charge as no show.
Otherwise, we are happy with the condition of the car.
