There were only 2 people at the counter. They were on the phone constantly so not focused on customers in front of them. There were 2 people in front of me in line and it took at least 45 minutes to be served. Once we drove off the lot the flat tire sensor came on so we had to go back and get a different car. People returning cars had to stand in the same line as checkout.

“Very good experience, but didnt get the right car I wanted.”

I wanted a jeep Cherokee. But they dint have any and "upgraded" me to a Dodge ram 5000. Which I didnt want because I spent over a 100 dollars on gas for such a large vehicle with only me as a passenger. The other option they had was to take a small sedan, but they won't refund the money for the larger booking I did. Since I didnt want to degrade, I took the ram. It was helpful because it snowed and I had a very safe drive. But the jeep would have been d same and I would have saved some money on fuel.

“Bring proof of renral insurance coverage.”

The car was great. I got a Jeep Wrangler Sahara instead of the intermediate size car I requested. It was more expensive on gas but was very comfortable. The main issue I had with them is that I had to call my insurance to confirm that I was covered for rental cars even though I provided a copy of my pink insurance card.

Great place to book a car rental at a good price. The price protector saved me another few dollars on an already great price.
