The car exceeded our expectation. Even though we broke down in a small town, they were really quick to replace the car with a good replacement. It was a quick pick up and drop off service. I will definitely go back to them for my next trip.
Communication in Chinese was smooth, and there were no extra insurance sales pitches. However, they charged over 90 for tolls, and the handling fee was surprisingly high at over 70, which seems quite excessive. Plus, I have no recollection of driving on any toll roads.
They have no idea about the process. If there is a problem, you just wait for charges and prepayments. The car tire went flat at night, and there was no assistance. We didn't get back to the hotel until 3 AM even though it started around 9 PM.
Staff are all Chinese and communication in Mandarin is smooth. They provide driving training for beginners before renting, which is commendable.
However, they gave us a downgraded Chinese-made seven-seater car with poor performance and high fuel consumption. The fuel tank was almost empty at handover. It's really baffling why a Chinese-run rental company doesn't follow international standards (foreign rental companies usually hand over cars with a full tank and upgrade if the same class is unavailable).
There is a lady who is extremely rude and unkind. Other than that, it’s all good
