Je pense que le kilométrage aurait pu être illimité puisque c'était une location à la journée (12h) et que le véhicule n'aurait jamais traversé la France entière donc qu'il y aurait donc eu peu de kilométrage !

I still need help here. There was a small scratch on the front driver's side wheel and I need to claim for the insurance but that process is not at all clear. HELP!

Trop d’attente pour récupérer la voiture. La voiture n’avait pas la clim et la soufflerie marchait mal. Le prix de l’assurance proposée (20€ par jour) est beaucoup trop élevé. Personnel très poli et accueillant. Voiture propre et très bon état.

L'agence m'a demandé d'aller vérifier moi-même, seul, les chocs indiqués sur le contrat, et de leur envoyer des photos sous 45 mn si jamais je trouvais des chocs non signalés. Ce n'est vraiment pas sécurisant !

“Excellente expérience de location de voiture”

La voiture était impeccable. Nous avons eu un long moment d'attente au guichet pour récupérer les clés. La queue était longue et les employés de guichet trop peu nombreux. Ils furent quand même aimables et patients. Le retour de la voiture par contre fut très rapide et pratique.
