I booked a 7 seat vehicle as I wanted to be able to fit in 7 people. The car had 7 seats but could not possibly have say anyone in the third row. This was a bit disappointing.
The return signage at the airport is not clear, and the return address does not specify which parking lot. Missed my flight because I couldn't find the return point.
I was inexplicably overcharged and am currently coordinating through the rental company. Thieves are rampant in the Barcelona subway; I encountered two groups of thieves within five minutes, which was terrifying.
Hertz overcharged for the car by a day so had to call customer services to get refund. Still waiting for this.
Nobody to check and agree condition of vehicle on collection or drop off
The staff at 1.00 am need to polite when the travel from another country is made by the customer.
Sadly they try to cheat regarding insurance at the counter and also rudely tell us that I should not ask questions at the counter
