Inspection photos shared in a group chat, very reassuring

When booking the car, there was no notification to call the rental company for a shuttle. So, I waited outside the airport looking for an Aucar shuttle for 20 minutes but saw nothing. I called the rental company and waited another 30 minutes without any sign. It turns out the shuttle was from an unmarked car, and the driver didn't recognize our group of six. We didn't know she was the driver, so she left. We had to call again and wait, which was very inconvenient, taking us two hours to pick up the car. Also, there were no staff at the office, and we had to wait five minutes for someone to show up.

The car i got was a rather high mileage Holden car not the Mitsubishi as advertised. Aucar looks to be a very small company with a limited number of cars, I had no issues with them.

DODGEのjourneyと予想外のアメ車。乗り心地は悪くなく、いい経験でした。ブースターシートの料金はGSTがあるから現金でと言われたが、クレジットカード払いとの違いがよく分からず。帰りは空港ではなく空港近くのホテル宿泊でしたが、ホテルまで快く送ってもらえてとても助かりました。
