It had sticker glue on the side window (fairly large) that was a little embarrassing. I would’ve appreciated if not being on the car.

I waited a fair time for pick up but some other folks said they’d been waiting almost 40 mins to be picked up by the shuttle. I would now only use your service when I expect to have tons of time.

“Okay for low prices but don't expect good services.”

Gas tank wasn't full ... difficult to manage how much you need to fill before returning the vehicle. No enough staff ... have to wait for a long time. Parking lot is small and tight ... have challenges to drive in and out.

Shuttle was too small to accommodate all customers so we were left on the curb with a baby. That said, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Price was very good.

“disappointed. I book a Honda "civic" & got a Kia "Fonte"”

Not enough staff to serve the guest. I wait more than half hour to get my car even though that day is not a busy day. no long line up. Also the condition is change if you are BC resident. (mileage limitation : 300km)

“Very fair price for a new model rental”

The location was a bit off the beaten path, but easy to find and navigate to. We got our car within a reasonable time, and it was a very new model, a great value for the price. My only complaint was the faint cigarette smell in the car, but a minor issue.
